Should I be peaceful guy or violent guy?

Question

If I act peaceful and nice, I could stay away from danger but people will think I am easy and weak, so I will get risk to get attack from bullies

or gangs.

If I act violent and scard, people wont mess with me, but I may get in danger if I do violence to people, to not get mess around. It is like gangster, people will get scard to and not mess around but there will be enemy, cop and other gang members, most gangs live up to 30s. So I am confuse, should I be peaceful guy or violent guy?

Be a peaceful guy and learn to defend yourself just in case. You'll get yourself in trouble playing tough.

Law enforcement isn't going to protect you and indeed the Supreme Court ruled that they do not have a responsibility to protect you.

The criminal justice system in our country is a joke and honest citizens are under attack.  Anything goes, you have to do what you have to do.  When following the right path, the ends does justify the means.

Umm, are these really the only alternatives you have.

You can be aware and assertive w/o being violent.  You won't be considered a person in fear (both of your types connote fear reflected in different ways).

I think you're also making pretty generous assumptions of what these behavior types suggest since people will adopt either persona for different reasons.

You can be peaceful and nice because that is nature, or because you have conquered your compulsion to act differently or because you are in fact weak, or because you are just acting opposite of the way you truly feel.  People know that an act and the truth or two different things and can;t rely only on what they see.

If you act violently, you may find that you will be messed with - mostly by people who think that you're already fixed on them and, being a violent guy, you're not going to leave them any way out.

Dude. "Scarface" was just a movie - it's time to stop buying into that Hollywood c**p.  these days, you can expect to get plugged if you look at someone the wrong way.
