I have recently started resistance/circuit training. I find that even though I feel like I'm gonna develop a hemaroid lifting the weights that I'm not sore the next day. Should I be? How can I know if my workout is effective if I'm not sore?

  1. well if you are going to positive failure on each set then you are working out fine, i personally do not get sore but i grow like wildfire going up each training session is no uncommon thing with me sometimes by up to 30kgs on a bench so you have to watch and see.
