ok, i have volleyball tryouts on wed. and fri. Do you think I'll do okay?? I mean, I made a club volleyball team. And the tryouts are only for sixth grade, but I just switched schools and I don't know how people are going to treat me. They will probably make fun of me and all but there are two girls that think that they are soooo great, but they really aren't. They think that they are sooo popular. They are VERY annoying. We all used to be BEST FRIENDS. I mean it. Those are the two I am worried about. I probably shouldn't be worring myself like this but I am. Someone help ME!!!

Thnx!!!!

  1. The more you worry about it, the more you're going to psych yourself out, and the worse you'll do. Stop worrying, and believe in your abilities. Also, stop turning to random strangers on the internet for reassurance, we don't know you and we don't care about you, so don't be foolish enough to put your self-esteem in our hands :-)

  2. Smart coaches want talent.  Relax and have some fun.  Your talent will show and you should be on the team.

  3. I'm sure that you will be fine. Don't worry about it. Especially dont worry about those girls. You will make plenty of other good friends. And also, even if you dont make the team there are so many more oppurtunities. Since you are only in sixth grade, you can still try new sports and new things. When you get to be in high school, it gets a lot harder to begin something new. Good luck!

  4. Yeah you will do fine! As for those girls sounds like they need to be put in there place just try to shine in front of them! Dont pay attention to them you are at the try outs to make the team not to make friends! Dont get involved and make fun of them cause that wont look good to the coaches! Well good luck at try outs!

  5. To be honest, unless I see you play, I don't know if you should/will make the team or not.

All I can say is "good luck".

  6. You'll only do okay if you have it set in your mind that you are a winner.

    So just go for it!

You can do anything you put your mind to! (as cliche as that sounds)
