Should I be worried about this call or is it nothing?

Well, I'm a bit worried. I have an online stalker,

He found out my boyfriend's school and almost got him arrested, all because my boyfriend wouldn't give him my phone number.

Well today I got a call from "866-502-2281".

"Toll-free number area code."

Could this be a SKYPE call? Or is it a home/cell phone?

I need the info on what this number could be or is, so I can know if I am safe or not.

What does "almost got him arrested" mean?

This person contacted the school and/or the police?

I would contact the police and tell them your story.  They will be able to give you the best help. You can't get into trouble by contacting the police.   If you are unwilling to go to the police then it is not that important to you.  I am asking why.

And a 866 number is a toll free number.  Not Skype or home/cell.

May be a company doing a cold call - computer generated - as the 866 toll free prefix usually applies to business numbers or vanity numbers

call the cops think what worse trouble you could get in if you don. if he knows your boyfriends info he could hurt him and since you know you could get into worse trouble than now. trust me its so not worth it. think what if something happend to you and if you had only told your parents youd still be there and they would much rather that.
