  1. don't let them win all the time

    just sometimes

  2. you can beat them sometimes but don't let them win all the time or else they will not get better a checkers much! Just let them think and use their mind more. It will help them with learning too!

  3. Every once in a while, its fine to let them win.

especially if you can tell they reallly want to bad.

but dont do it alot at all. that just ruins the fun.

just play normally & win sometimes yourself, too.

    good luck:]

  4. You should always challenge them.

  5. omg when i first saw this question i thought you meant beat them as in hurt them and i was like OMG NOOO.

but you should beat them, except for when theyre older i think. maybe about 9 start actually trying.

  6. I was about to say......anyways, I always let mine win (bad right)...but when I was a little girl my great grandma would always let me win and I knew it was happening but I loved her for it, she is long passed away and I still remember or games we played and the fact that she "let me win" :O)

  7. Ha ha your question is very misleading, I thought you meant beat them physically and I was just about to cuss you out. :) I think you should do 50/50, let them win sometimes but not all the time. How old are they, this makes a big difference! If they're five you might want to be easy on them, if they're ten...not so much.

  8. Man, like others, I was ready to come in here and give you such a smackdown!

When they are learning to play, yes let them win often, but they also need to learn how to lose and lose gracefully. The more important lesson in playing games is good sportsmanship. No matter who wins, a handshake and a "good game" are always a must.

  9. Beat em all you want, theyre yours

  10. HAHA.. good one. Depends.. maybe not let them win all the time.. but don't like beat them wicked bad

  11. oh goodness at first when i saw the question i was like WHAT! let them win most of the time if you let them win all the time it will get boring to them.

  12. LOL!!!! Darn, I was going to say they probably need it. J/K

I usually let my daughter win but don't let them know you're doing it.

  13. they need a good challenge.  maybe let them win every now and then but dont let them know. they need to feel good about winning.

  14. haha wow. i thought you were gonna ask a whole entirely different question.

i have a feeling you planned it that way.

i think you should let them win until they actually figure out they are winning then "pretend" you were trying your hardest.

just to make them feel good. :D

  15. Beat them!! Don't cheat either, otherwise they'll cheat when they play against other people. Well, that is just my opinion. My dad never went easy on any of us kids. I learned how to try and think before I made a move, instead of just moving whichever piece I wanted.

  16. to quote "Mommie Dearest":

Christina: It's not fair! You're bigger than I am, it's not fair to win twice.

Joan Crawford: AH, but nobody ever said life was fair, Tina. I'm bigger and I'm faster. I will always beat you!

  17. take turns sometimes let them win or let them win at first then start winning ( if you can lol )

  18. HAHAH LOL

u got a laff outta me

  19. oooh you got me

  20. You should change your header. Very disturbing! I would beat them 1 game, let them win 2 in a 3 game set. If you can, make it the middle game you win. They are on a high from winning the first game, and are really trying to beat you. If you beat them, they will try really hard 3rd game, too, and will win, making them happy as they leave the game!
