Should I bench Ryan Howard while he goes through this slump?

I know he's good, but in this c**p slump of his he's been letting me down day after day... I could move Carlos Delgado fromn the Util spot to first base then plug in Chone Figgins at Util. but part of me doesn't want to bench Howard because i know he's a home-run hitter once he connects.

should i bench him or not?

You don't bench players like Howard regardless. Every player goes through a slump and you can never know when it is going to end.

Actually Delgado (other than tonight!) has also been in a slump. You would do best just to ride it out.
