Should I break my contract with t-mobile to get the iphone?

I have a 2yr contract with t-mobile that was extended because my phone was stolen last yr.I have the bb curve but Ive been thinking a lot about the iphone. My plan was to sell the bb curve to my friend for $100, use it towards breaking the contract..so that would leave me to pay $300 in total (iphone & contract de-activation). Is all this worth it? an unlocked phone is to much.

  1. T-mobile's going to have an awesome touchscreen phone by the end of the year, you could wait and get that.

  2. NO, You should never break a contract for that reason. you should wait for the contract to expire and then get the latest technology at the time. The Iphone may be it or there may be something better. A lot can happen in two yrs.

  3. No i think your better off with T-mobile.. I have an iphone and its great!! But thats just money thrown away, keep your phone for another year then when contact is up then switch.

  4. i have tmobile and just bought an iphone from a coworker today.  he has att & t.  He's gonna unlock the phone for me tomorrow w/ his software which takes about an hr.  I can still use all the features of the phone w/ tmobile service . i just need to call them and get an internet data plan.  basically the phone has to be unlocked and just notify tmobile.

  5. yea t-mobile is better  and iphones make you happy also.

  6. I wouldnt! For one the service is great and the customer service is even better. No one will take care of you like T-Mobile! I've used the Iphone before and I'd take my Curve over it anyday! I'm excited to see the new phones that are coming out in the next few months with T-Mobile.

  7. T-moblie coming out with that new google-powered phone so stay with TM
