First of all you need to find out if she is or not. Does she have the same knowledge as you, if so get a DNA test, or speak to your family about this. but if your doing this as sick joke find a new hobbie.

Don't break up with her, get a test to ease your mind.  The longer you are with someone, the more you tend to look alike though.  My husband and I look more alike than my sister and I and we KNOW we aren't related in any way.  You don't even need a test unless you have some other reason to think you are related (as others mentioned, adoption, etc)

Well if you two are in love with each other then i guest it shouldn't matter now whether you too are actually sisters. Your parents is to be blamed. But as you say you are not sure so way until you are sure and if you can't look pass that love her the way you use to then you can end it. Is that reasonable enough?

You could probably get a blood test or check out adoption records (if thats why you think you may be related). I don`t think its very likely, but its worth checking out. And make sure you talk to her about this. If you haven`t already.

Get the DNA test.  It really sounds like you two are serious.  Because this has happened before, you'd be better to not have this hang over your relationship.  Discuss it with her and make the plan to get the test.

Do not put an end yet because of this. It's easy to find out if she's your sister. GO FOR DNA TEST. But I would doubt that you two are siblings if both of you aren't being raised by adopted parents or something.
