Should I bring a knife to school to defend myself?

This kid is apparently going to jump me at my highschool, should I bring a knife to tell him to back off/>

dude i brought a knife to school on accident and got expelled, but then i started home school got my ged and am now going to college but i'm only 15 years old, but no dude its not good to bring a knife to school cuz u could go to jail for just having it but if it was used even for self defence u will go to jail but if the knife is under 3 inches u'll probably get suspended for 10 days if its not used, but if its a 4 1/2 swich blade you'll be expelled have to go to court many times risk going to jail they wont let you go to an alternative school, witch i don't c what there for anyway if they don't let u go there, but anyway the only thing you'll be able to do is either wait 365 days till you can go back to public school or tell the school that by law they have to give you some kind of education or be homeschooled. but i wouldn't risk getting f'd in the a** if i was u
