  1. 19 days in Paris ?

Bring your umbrella and some warm clothes. It will be cold and sometimes rainy.

  2. yeah you should. its often raining at that time. but if you can't, you can buy a french one once there

  3. No matter what time of year you're visiting Paris, you should have an umbrella!  I've been there several times, and it has rained every single time.  However, you can buy an umbrella there relatively inexpensively if you don't want to pack one.

You should also bring good layering pieces.  In March, you'll need a warm jacket, several pullover sweaters, shirts, jeans, and waterproof shoes or boots.

  4. During March the average high temperature in Paris is 11 degrees celsius/51 degrees farenheit, and the average low is 3 celsius/38 farenheit. The average number of days with precipitation of some sort is eighteen (two of which will be snow)

So yes, bring an umbrella. Some water resistant footwear would be a good idea too.

  5. Yes, you do
