Should I bring an umbrella to Paris in March?

My trip is March 1 - March 19.

yeah you should. its often raining at that time. but if you can't, you can buy a french one once there

No matter what time of year you're visiting Paris, you should have an umbrella!  I've been there several times, and it has rained every single time.  However, you can buy an umbrella there relatively inexpensively if you don't want to pack one.

You should also bring good layering pieces.  In March, you'll need a warm jacket, several pullover sweaters, shirts, jeans, and waterproof shoes or boots.
