I want to buy 4 acres well landscaped with some timber, but the doublewide is my problem. It is a 1989 in good shape, 5 ton A/C fairly new. I want to build a new home where it is at. How difficult would it be to sell, move doublewide after buy?

  1. If it's a good deal, snap it up.  You can sell the double-wide dirt cheap to someone who is willing to take on the expense of moving it.  Or, you could relocate it onto another piece of the property and live in it while you build your house, then decide whether to keep it as a rental or guest house or sell it.
