Should I buy Planet Audio?

Hey guys

I'm planning on buying one or two Planet Audio 10" sub/s (RX1028) for AUS$29.95 + $9.95 shipping each, is this a good deal? are their subs any good?

I can also get a Planet Audio amp 150Wx2 for umm $149 (same postage)

These good prices?

Should I upgrade my speakers as well (they're stock ones in an '00 Alfa Romeo 156). Speaking of which I could get 2 Planet Audio 2-way speakers for $19.95 (same postage)...

So all up it'd be..

Amp - $149

Sub - $29.95

Speakers - $19.95

3x P&H - $29.85

Total - $228.75

Worth it?

Well, I guess you could do a lot worse.  Besides, the install can make or break the system regardless of what gear you have.  If you install that stuff right, it could still sound pretty good.

As far as upgrading the speakers, definitely.  I'd do that before I do anything else.

i have used planet audio for many systems and have liked them all. i have a 8" sub the m2 series same as your sub and it does a good job for being an 8". If you look at the torq series you might be able to go a little cheaper but you are getting some good prices on that gear.
