Should I buy a Casio ex-s10 or ex-z200?

Question

I found a EX-S10 for $200 and a EX-Z200 for $217 (they are both black). I dont have a video ipod so i dont need that feature of the S10. Or... instead of either of those... I also found a sony dcr-sr45 camcorder for $315 including shipping...so if you could tell me which one you'd recommend and why I would greatly appreciate it.
