Should I buy a camary with rebuilt Engin and Transmission?

I'm trying to decide if I should purchase a 1999 Camry LE with over 200K miles for $2,900. Per the seller, the transmission and engin were rebuilt about a year ago (I forgot to aske how many miles on the rebuilt engin and transmission).

Should I do it?

What are the things I need to be aware of in this type of vehicle?

How long to rebuilt engins and transmissions usually last?

If it's a good professional build you should get another 60,000 miles out of it!!!
