Should I buy a motorcycle?

I have a Ford Escape now with over 100, 000 miles on it. It costs me $50 a week to fuel so I'm considering trading it in for a car. However, I'd like a motorcycle. Or maybe even a scooter. Should I trade in my SUV for a car or keep the SUV and buy a motorcycle?

  1. Honestly, you should learn how to ride a motorcycle before you even attempt to buy or trade in your Escape. Motorcycles can be very dangerous but very fun and relaxing at the same time. For some people the whole shifting gears and pulling in the clutch is just too confusing to them. I have experience riding motorcycles of all types and I must say they are VERY fuel efficient and they have a 5-7 gallon tank. I would recommend a motorcycle!

  2. well you can only drive a motorcycle on good days sunny or windy but not really on snow or rainy days, but they do say a lot on gas and a lotta fun to drive. so thats up to you, id say get one you only live once!

  3. trade you SUV for an older honda, they are relable and get like 40 MPG, you could probably find one with lower miles then your SUV and have enough left over for a bike or a "scooter" haha.

  4. No.  I have the best car where you don't spend a lot for gas money.  It is the new Scion.

  5. ok you shouldn't have to worry about paying 50 dollars a week in gas. your car does a lot better than my truck and i have to pay $150 dollars a week to fill up my truck. you should feel lucky to have a car that you have to only pay $50 on gas.
