See, the thing is, whenever my mom cooks.. I notice that the food ends up having black dots on it, from the little bumps in the frying pan.

What does this mean? Do we need to get a new one?

  1. Buy a new pan, I love cast iron....STOP using the old one asap

  2. Teflon does that and it's not healthy, as I understand it. I would get a non-teflon pan.

  5. If your food sticks on your pan and is difficult to get it out that means your pan is dead and you need to get a new pan.
