Should I buy a pair of Rossignol Edge 180 w/Soloman 500 bindings for $50?

Guy is selling them locally and Im not too educated on how much this stuff goes for...

I'd like some skis for myself and am a pretty good skiier. I'll do the black diamond courses but don't consider myself a pro yet. Are these decent to start with?

  2. Those skis are more of a beginner model, but for $50 including bindings that's a pretty good deal...just check the bases and make sure they're not beat up.
