Question:

Should I buy my dollars now?

I need £500 for my NYC trip in mid december, so 3.5months away. In the bank for that length of time will only make me like £8 in interest.

The dollar has recovered a lot recently, and it is at 1.85 now ($925 from £500), if it drops to just 1.80 that is $900. That's a difference of around £13.

Any advice??

  1. I see pretty strong support at 1.8508, if you're very fortunate you may see it go down to 1.8338 but I don't see that happening unless Obama gets elected.

  2. The dollar against the pound, the dollar is getting stronger as the Feb stop cutting interest rates and crude oil seems to be dropping. If it continue in this trend, by december dollar will strengthened further. You should buy your dollar now.

  3. the dollar is strengthing and will continue to do so

  4. the dollar is getting stronger and stronger buy stocks to get the money faster

  5. The dollar is likely to continue rising so this would be a good time to buy it, in my opinion
