Should I buy silver rims, or chrome rims?

I am not concerned with looking gangster or anything, in fact, I'd prefer not to. Rims are offered in a couple of different materials. What are the plusses and minuses in buying chrome rims? What are the plusses and minuses in buying silver rims? I heard you have to take chrome rims off in the winter, is this just because of the salt on the road? Would I have to take silver rims off?

I think silvers look more original and the quality is also good.

What are the rims for?

I personaly like Chrom.

I also like painted rims with Baby Moons and Beauty rings.

Old school I know.

Silvers a nice material, i dont think as strong as chrome though,

So give chrome a go, Or ask, If silver is stronger and also looks nicer take that, I like silver material personally though.
