Should I buy stock in Citigroup yet?

It's down to 17.39 this morning from a 52 week high of 52.97. The problem is that its earnings per share is negative now. I know that the banks will turn around, but I want to get in as low as I can.

  1. avoid financials stock even if it looks "cheap". It can still go down.
