  1. No, Honda's do not whine, they are one of the quietest cars around

to answer you question, NO Fin WAY

that it not a good deal

offer $1800 or let some other fool buy it

  2. sounds like a pretty good deal check it out first if its in nice shape no real defects and runs fine id say go for it and the tires shouldnt whine i wouldnt think

  3. I don't think I would buy it, hondas are great, good on gas, and last forever but you probably could find a better deal. At 148k miles chances are its going to need work soon.  Im not sure about the accord, but i have a civic and my tires do make a weird sound like that when im going 40+ mph. also, if you can get them down to 3 grand, then buy it!

  4. Honda is a great car but they're asking too much for that car. It's 12 years old and has 148k miles. you can find a  better  deal than that.

  5. Usually tires only whine if they are low quality. And for buying the car, hondas are known for reliability, you should test drive it, and have it inspected. It would be a good investment. P.S. Because it says obo you could probably get it down to 3,600, especially if it is the tires that make the sound.
