Should I buy this Honda 1990 100cc Dirt bike for $400?

Its a Honda 1990 100cc and it starts up everytime no problems hes just gotta replace the tire for free, should I get it? He will sell it to me for 400 dollars but this will be my first bike, But I don't know if I'd need a bigger bike I'm 5'6 130 pounds and I'm 16.

If it is a honda Xr 100 ( 4 stroke) you are refering to the yes it  a GOOD price but..... you are 16 you are going to get bored of its power after a while.

Still though $400 bucks is a great price so get it, its cheap and a your bike it doesnt need to be a rocket

well i brought a 1999 125 honda for 100 bucks.. and yes you do  get a 125 or 250.... it will do much better.... 100 you will do good to spin a tire or get a wheel off the ground
