Should I call Target about schedule?

I had an interview with Target 3 days ago. They loved me. I did the drug screen (which will be clear, since ive never used), but have yet to hear back from them. One of the questions they asked in my interview was "would you like every other weekend off?"... this kinda caught me off guard! ive worked a lot of retail but never been asked that! so i just said "no, that's ok"..... WHAT WAS I THINKING?!? of course i would like to have every other weekend off!! now it is 3 days after my interview and im wishing i hadn't said that. should i call and say i changed my mind? anyone else ever been asked that? i mean, i COULD work, but i want to have a life too...

If they didn't call ya back yet then wait til they do, maybe you could work something out with the manager.

I don't think they were asking you in that way. I think they were just trying to see how committed you are to the job and to see if you'd be willing to work as often as they needed.- not asking you to work every weekend. I'm sure like most places  they work on a schedule basis and you'll only have to do shift work. So you gave the right answer! Don't panic - it will be fine. Good luck.
