Should I call about interview again?

I'm going to Chicago 6 days later for an interview in firm A. I've also sent resume to firm B 1.5 weeks ago but got no reply. It'll be great that I can go to B to interview also since I'm going to stay in chicago for 1 whole day. then I called B and left my number to the secretary yesterday. should I try calling again today? thanks.

you may can just call and ask her was there any response to your call ..cover  all and keep on pushing but dont become a pest

Yes you should follow up. It shows that you're interested + you will get the answers that you need. When you call, ask, "Is the "such and such" position still available?" That way you know whether to procced with Firm B. :)
