Should I call the police station

Question

Hi a kid(8 yr or 10 yr) spit at you and miss b\c he or she might be racist.This person lives near your new place .Since the incident did not get to happen b\c you(early 20's yr) moved aside.Can this still be reported the next day? or is it imposible to report this b\c there is no spit on you? 911 would not be the place to call,so would it be the police station or maybe something else?

This didn't happen to me but to a friend.

I wouldn't, since it was just a kid. But you could talk to their parents..

I sure wouldn't call 911 as it definitely does not constitute an emergency!  I would ignore the whole issue unless it becomes a pattern with this person and the child then I would go to the police

station.

dont waiste the officers time by reporting... they have a lot c**p to deal with, and this is just stupid....

Don't worry about it, its spit...I no if I got spit on, I would whoop his lil azz and teach him a lesson.  (If caught, say he was using racial profanity and spit on you and you were self defending yourself.)...But unless he does something to scare you or your relatives and/or friends, or if you feel he can hurt you, then you can't do anything cuz he's just a little punk.

i dont think what happened is against the law. I would say, find out who this kids parents are and speak to them about it. The police have better things to do than deal with a little kid that spit!

I'd slap the snot out of them the next time I saw them.

Police wouldn't allow someone to spit on them, but do you think the Police have nothing better to do than to take a statement from you regarding some kids spitting on you? If you don't think there are more important things for them to be concerned with, then you're wrong.
