Should I call them to follow up?

2 weeks ago, I got a call from one company, telling me that they would like to give the offer, however they have to prepare some document on their side and it will take about 1 month. So should I call them to follow-up, or just wait until they call me?

Call them to check in and let them know that you still have not received any documentation from them.

Well they said it would take a month.  And it's been 2 weeks.  So I'd say if you called that might just come across annoying.  

Give it some time.  Usually you should call to follow up if AFTER a month you still haven't heard anything.
