Should I contact them and ask them, or no?

Question

I have this hosibtal bill that I made a payment plan on, I told them to keep my credit card number, but they said they don't usually,,, now I really don't remember if she asked me to call them every month and make the payment, or they were going to send it to me by mail, for me to pay.

but this is the second month that I didn't get anything from them, call or letter, I was wondering if I should contact them, or by doing its like I am reminding, maybe they just forgot, :)

They didn't forget.  They made a payment plan with you so they expect you to make the payments.  Call them and ask them the how it works - if they are going to mail you something or if you just have to call each month to make the payments.

they typically dont forget about stuff like that... you should call to get everything cleared up and find out what needs to be done... you dont want this to creap back up on you a year from now if times are tougher for you... get it taken care of and out of the way... you dont want to get late payment charges or anything like that...

trust me they didn't forget. I would call your credit card to see if they put any charges on it. And if they didn't I would then call to find out how to go about paying your bill.  Good luck.
