Should I cut off the damaged leaf of an African violet? or should I leave it till it falls off by itself?

Two days ago my little niece pinched one leaf with her nails. Today I noticed the leaf did not look well.

What is the best to do?

Remove the damaged leaf; it won't heal.

I have 5 beautiful African violets and the best thing to do is cut it off. No it will not harm the rest of the plant. Once you cut off the offending leaf the plant will begin to grow again! Hope this helps you :)
