Should I declare I am separated when applying for Shengen visa? I am separated not legally yet.?

I am from Philippines and my European boyfriend wants me to visit him and will send me all supporting documents for my visit visa application. Should we declare i am separated? If not how would we explain relation with each other?

  1. No do not declare that you are separated because in the eyes of the law you are not.


  2. if you boyfriend is sponsoring you but you are still married ? even if your are somewhat separated ? you are still legally married ? how and where will you have met him? that will be their question ? that is what i think,

    how in the world do you expect any schengen country to accept your visa application on that reason ?

    please do know that i am not judging you .

    perhaps on different reasons ?

    not sure how the immigration of any country in the schengen zone ?will look at that ?

    if you try nothing ? you will get nothing .

    i have no other answer for you .

    i re-read your question , and no , you should not declare that you are separated .for you are not legally .
