  1. Do IB! The AP program prepares you for tests, but IB prepares you for college, and isn't that ultimately what's important?

And, when you apply for colleges, they will see that you had the option of getting an IB diploma and will wonder why you didn't challenge yourself.

  2. I would do IB if I was you for a couple of reasons. I personally believe that IB classes are more challenging than AP. Most of this is due that their taught in a more global manner. In addition, I believe IB classes better prefer you for college courses.

  3. srry dont know what that means but your avatar is really HOT!!!

  4. my school let you pick and chose.  for example, i like English so i took both AP and IB Eng. if you can chose, i think that's the best way.  but if you can only do IB or AP i would do AP.  AP is better known, although IB is getting to be well known and acknowledged too.  AP also offers you more options.

on the other hand- you are allowed to take AP exams without taking the class. so for example you could take IB Eng, and then sign up to take the AP Eng exam as well, that way you cover all your bases and have a better chance of getting credit from one of them.

  5. stick to AP!!!

im in IB and it sicks a lot!

you realli dont get any benefiets and you cant take summer school courses to get ahead

with AP you can pick what courses you want but IBmakes you do ALL hounors

    seriously

    do AP

  6. Definitely do IB. I graduated from the IB program and I don't regret it. You might still end up taking some AP classes in the program, but in the end an IB diploma looks better than taking AP classes on your college applications and you get more credits going into college. I came into college as a sophomore after graduating from the program. Just don't procrastinate! The program will totally help you with your time managing skills if that is something you're lacking right now, which I totally was.

    Good luck !

  7. I prefer the IB program - but it depends on where you want to end up studying or in what field you want to end up working.
