Let's suppose that I am doing curls and am doing three sets of ten reps. Should I do ten curls then go to a different exercise and come back to do the second set of ten reps? Or, should I just take a break after ten reps and then do another ten reps, etc.? Thanks

  1. Since biceps are such a small muscle group, I hate doing the standard 3 sets of x with them.  It's better to do something like super or giant sets.  For example, do 10 reps of regular dumbbell curls and then immediately do 10 reps of hammer curls or any other bicep exercise, then take a break.  Do 3-4 sets of these.

  2. Initially u can take breaks but later on try to do in one stretch
