Question:

okay so I like running kinda. Anyways... I would like to do cross country but I don't want to run over a mile and a half but there is only one meet where you have to run 1 and half so should I do cross country or not?

  1. do it running is excellent and even if your not the best you should always go after things that make you happy

    I am a long distance runner in high school, and I love it!

    at practice you might have to run about 3 miles or more, but believe it gets so easy!! and it's a great sport so you should just do it :)

    you feel the greatest sense of accomplishment when you finish a race :-)

  3. Are you in middle school cross country?

    Because for highschool cross country we've gone up to 15 miles, so that probably wouldn't suit you  unless you could compromise your mileage.

    It is so much fun, I absolutely love it!  The team bonds so much, you are always improving, and you just run.  No drills, etc. (: But, your heart should be in the sport, or else you might get bored or discouraged.  Good luck, hope I helped!

  4. i would see how long u run in practice but if u kinda like it u should just try it you could always quit but i think it'd be fun I LOVE RUNNING even though sometimes i dont wanna go but it is alway worth in in the end!

  5. no you shouldnt.

    cross crountry training means nearly 5 or 6 miles of running nearly every day.

    you should think about doing track though
