Question:

Should I do my back tuck on my trampoline?

I'm going to visit relatives in europe who have a trampoline with a net and I will be leaving tumbling training for 2 weeks because of this visit. In the past I've had my standing back tuck into the resi pit, now its a little strange so I figured if I tried it on the trampoline it might be easier and then I could practice it for as long as I wanted and until I get it right. I would obviously warm up for it by doing some back handsprings, backwards penny rolls and stretches but what I'm wondering is if I should do it on the trampoline or at least try it?

  1. well first off, yes do it on a tramp, but once u get used to the tramp itll be harder on the ground. and ull have to relearn it on the ground.

  2. I would say at first try doing maybe some backhandsprings on the trampoline and see the feeling because it might be a bit dangerous for you to try it on your own on teh trampoline for the first time.

But i dont think that its a huge deal for you to try it, just really be careful.

    Good luck! Hope this helps!

  3. you dont want to hurt yourself, you need more training on a trampoline before you do it by yourself

  4. sure get comfortable doing it like that makes it easier unassisted...............
