No. Granderson is a five-tool player who can hit for power, drive in runs, steal bases, hit for contact, and is an excellent player. Gavin Floyd isn't proven and is only good with his era and whip. Granderson will benefit you with around four stats (homers, rbi's steals, batting average), depending on your scoring settings. Floyd will only give you two stats, era and whip. If my math is correct, 5 is more than 2, so Granderson will benefit you in more stats, so don't trade Granderson for Floyd.
