I wouldn't.  Especially if you're in a deeper league where good pitching is hard to find.

There is a lot of talk about him being traded to unload his huge salary, and he's stated openly that he wants to play for the Cubs.  If that happens his value increases by a good margin because he would be playing for a good offensive team, unlike in T.O. and he would probably lower his ERA because he faces a pitcher every 3 innings.

P.S. If you're going to ask these kind of questions they are easier to answer if you give a little background info.  IE how many teams in the league, your other pitchers, who else is available, etc...

Yes, I think you should. You can find better value in FA's. Or get a RP who gets a few starts as well (e.g. Saito), this way you'll keep you era down.
