Should I drop Hideki Matsui for Conor Jackson?

Matsui was placed on th 15-day DL and I read today that he might need surgery. A guy in my league just dropped Conor Jackson and I should be able to get him off of waivers. I'm set with Teixeira at 1B and have 4 good outfielders. (Hart, Kemp, Dye and Victorino.) Should I pull that trigger? Thanks in advance.

Where do you need the most help? That is where I would look first. Teixeira is heating up after his usual slow start so you are good at 1B.

e.g. I have only one bench player of the offensive side but have 2 extra SP to deploy accordingly and start 4 RP in my league. So maybe look that route, if you have a daily lineup change format.
