Should I drop playing cricket while I am learning golf?

i've recently got a golf pro for me who recommanded me to stop batting for few years till i perfect it, but problem is i that i can't just resist.WHAT DO I DO?

i love golf even and i wish to perfect it.

  2. Definitely! Golf AND cricket are not cricket.

  3. It's all up to you. But my bro played cricket while learning golf, he had a big problem of forward pressing at address (where your hand is WAY in front of the ball), very similar to cricketing stance. It was to the point where he had negative loft on the 5wood at address. If you can separate the two different setup then I think that thing would be fine, but if you can't the stop one until you got it down.

  4. Golf is the greatest game on the planet. Why would you spend time on such a meaningless game like cricket.

    Games last for days, and no one outside of the old british empire, even know it exists.

  5. if you are between 30-40 keep playin cricket and learn later if younger stop cricket
