Should I dye my hair to black?

Amanda really wants black hair but she is also afraid because this is the ONLY time she can dye her hair! so please help, any advices will work. which color would go to her?

i wouldnt dye it black, i find the color she has now is gorgeous!

maybe if she really wants to change the color she can get highlights or lowlights. plus, its really hard to get back to your natural color once you dye it black!

Do it! I love jet black hair on pretty girls like you - I'm thinking of doing it myself actually! It's only hair and it will grow back in your natural color so I definitely think you should. Or if you aren't sure, buy temporary dye that washes out in a few days to see how it looks first!

No way!  Your hair is gorgeous.  If anything, add some caramel highlights but don't dye that gorgeous hair black!

The color in the photos looks great on you!  I prefer natural hair, and the color in the photos compliments you skin tone and looks pretty natural.

Well, I normally love black hair. A real turn on for me. However you both (which one is Amanda?) have very nice hair and nice color.

Black dye is too harsh for most anyone.  You are young and very pretty; if you want to dye your hair, use a softer, more natural color; brown with auburn highlights or something that looks better with your natural coloring.  Hair that is dyed too dark a shade looks artificial.  Looking at your pictures, I cannot imagine why you would want to change your hair color at all.  It is beautiful and shiny; dye will change the texture and make it dry and not as appealing.  It is a chemical so you might want to think twice about doing it at all.

her her is beautiful, she shouldn't dye it. her hair looks healthy and shiny and its a gorgeous colour, personally i don't think she should dye it. but if she really wants to dye it, condition it after she has dyed it so it keeps that healthy glow. also, if she dyes it once she'll have to keep dying it to keep the black, so it's just easier if she leaves it.

Do not dye your hair black. Black hair not only looks fake, it will damage your hair. I agree with the answerer above. You need caramel highlites to make your hair stand out and less mousey. Your friend could use two toned highlights in honey blond and wheat (maybe some dark undertones too)
