Should I eat anything now?

Well today I woke up really late and didn't eat all day since I was sleeping. After I woke up I ran on the treadmill for 40 minutes and then did 4 Pilate's tapes on you tube. When I finished exercising I ate a healthy meal. So today I only had like 300 calories and now it is 12:05 at night and I am starving! Should I go eat the Churches chicken and bis quits downstairs or wait until morning to eat? I know I should have more than 300 calories a day. Please don't be rude about it.

  1. Yes, go and eat, RIGHT NOW, 300 calories just isn't good enough,make sure that you eat when you are hungry, and make sure you eat enough to generate enough energy to support your workouts.

  7. i wouldn't eat this late at night...not good for ur body's metabolism.  just eat healthy but dont try to make up the calories the next day.  just remember that breakfast is the most important meal of the day

  8. Is this a vegetarian question?   I'm not understanding why you are telling a bunch of strangers that you starve yourself and than ask us if you should eat chicken at midnight.  It's your choice.
