Well today I woke up really late and didn't eat all day since I was sleeping. After I woke up I ran on the treadmill for 40 minutes and then did 4 Pilate's tapes on you tube. When I finished exercising I ate a healthy meal. So today I only had like 300 calories and now it is 12:05 at night and I am starving! Should I go eat the Churches chicken and bis quits downstairs or wait until morning to eat? I know I should have more than 300 calories a day. Please don't be rude about it.
