I am going to Tony Roma's Monday evening for all you can eat ribs. I want to make sure I am ready to go tear that kitchen up. Should I eat a small breakfast and/or lunch or just not eat at all until dinnertime? I am having a contest with my friends on who can eat the most ribs so I want to make sure I'm ready for this.

  1. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  It gives you the energy to start and get you through your day.  I would also eat a light lunch of a salad or veggies.  Maybe have a bigger lunch if you are planning to eat quite late.

  2. You can starve for three days and you'll still eat about the same amount as when you have a bowl of cereal and maybe a tuna sandwhich that day. Your stomach has only so much capacity.

  3. Wow at least go somewhere good for a rib eating contest.

  4. Have a small breakfast and a light lunch

  5. Always eat a good breakfast.  Sometimes if you fast, you can't eat as much as you expect.  So, a light but healthy breakfast and lunch.

  6. Eat a normal, good breakfast and a small lunch. Spend some time visiting the bathroom during the afternoon. Then later on avoid liquids, because they will fill you up and take up space inside you. Also, avoid salads and side dishes and just go for the ribs!! Enjoy!

  7. I would eat a small breakfast or lunch or brunch.

  8. Yes, don't be a pig.

  9. Eat a good breakfast and a light lunch. Do some exercises to build up an appetite.
