Should I exercise every day, or should I exercise one day and allow my body to rest the next?

  1. You shouldn't work the same muscles every day (except your heart and lungs of course) but otherwise working out every day is great for you.  Maybe do legs one day, arms the next day, and so on like that.


  2. I exercise for 80 minutes everyday for 6 days a week, just make sure you don't do the same parts everyday.

  3. Only take a break if you've been doing toning exercises.
