3 times a week I do a workout routine. I also either run or bike 4-5 times a week.For the routine I do push-ups and ab work (bicycle crunches and "hundreds"), and use dumbbells for the shoulders, back and biceps.After a few months of this it's definitely working...I have a lot more tone and muscle definition. But should I also throw in some dumbbell lifts for the triceps?When I do push-ups I try to plant my hands at a width that exercises both the chest and triceps evenly. Is there any benefit to also doing separate lifts with the triceps?
