Should I fill out a W-4?

I am 15 and have a part-time job, My managers gave me a W-4, do I need to fill it out? What would happen if I didn't?

You would receive no paycheck if you didn't fill it out.They need that information to know how much to take out in taxes.By not filling one out you simply wont get paid!

YES YOU DO! if you dont fill it out you wont get a tax return. im 15 too. since you are a minor you are entitled to get all the state and federal income tax money back that they take out of your pay check. you wont get social security, Medicare, or worker's comp back however.
