  1. So long as it was deep frozen it will be fine, otherwise you could eat it, but inform a under taker first!!!

  2. Go on eat it,it'll be fine.

  3. No, no, no. Save it for guests that you'll have over after a night in the pub. You'll have beans & toast that night. Take no chances.

  4. If it has been in the freezer then go for it.

  5. How you get rid of it is of no importance, eat it, bin it, but get rid of it; QUICK!

    They can be dangerous.

I left a "sweet and sour pork balls" in the fridge for a month, d**n thing evolved sentience, devoloped fire, burned the house down and escaped into the swamp, while I was over come by smoke, died, and was incinerated in the blaze.  (:-)

  6. Yeah why not.if u was really hungry that  is,

OR u can just ring them again and get a new and fresh one:)

Wont cost you a lot of money:)

  7. Well you have asked a question and answered it all by yourself.

You could have kept the 5 points!

BTW ...NEVER RE-HEAT POULTRY or SHELLFISH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. Seriously i wouldn't touch it, the Chinese and Asians in particular aren't renowned for their food hygiene quite frankly they are stinkers i wouldn't touch any of their shite with a lepers arm.  Bin it!

  9. h**l yeah. nothing like a bit of russian roulette with your gut!!

    good luck with that! lol

  10. sure if it has been in the freezer crispy duck may not be so crispy any more

  11. All very nice but I think its time to thrwo it away

  12. If it went in the freezer right away-  then sure-  enjoy!

  13. Yes. You put it in the freezer, its frozen. Reheat & serve its good to eat.

btw, I did the same thing but it was Italian foods pasta & etc. a takeout dinner the night before, froze left over that was in the frig the next morning, then took a 2 week vacation traveling to Las Vegas & California, then went back home. Anyways, the 4th week frozen I reheated it (oven) & ate it.

  14. if you are a dog?

  15. haha it was probably frozen in the first place when it was then defrosted and sold to you?  if you wanna risk it then check out the phonebook for your nearest funeral director, then get your plot bought and payed for down the cemetary....love the question btw

  16. If its in the freezer and you don't see any ice on it like freezer burn type ice then sure. unless when you warm it up it smells funny. if it was in the fridge..well that's a TOTAL different story..lol

  17. Wow. I don't know, I think I would trash it.

  18. Live dangerously, I always say !

  19. It's more than 3 weeks old, I would toss it.  You might risk getting sick if you eat it.  Even if frozen, I don't think it will taste very good.

  20. give it a go, little bit of dirt wont hurt you. if it has been left in the microwave for 3 weeks then i think it's just walked out the front door..

  21. I wouldn't...treat yourself to a new round!  Takeout is generally only good for a couple of days...sure, putting it in freezer may have helped but it is not going to taste very good IMO.

  22. You managed to make it to Spain and back, and seem to be healthy, so why take the chance?  You probably spent a bundle of money on the trip, and are savoring those exotic Chinese flavors you experienced 3 weeks ago - but why take the chance on some bad food?

At the very least, ditch the prawn balls. They were probably previously frozen,  then prepared for your dinner, then refrozen. That's a food 911.

"Does Freezing Destroy Bacteria & Parasites?

Freezing to 0 °F inactivates any microbes -- bacteria, yeasts and molds - - present in food. Once thawed, however, these microbes can again become active, multiplying under the right conditions to levels that can lead to foodborne illness. Since they will then grow at about the same rate as microorganisms on fresh food, you must handle thawed items as you would any perishable food.

Trichina and other parasites can be destroyed by sub-zero freezing temperatures. However, very strict government-supervised conditions must be met. It is not recommended to rely on home freezing to destroy trichina. Thorough cooking will destroy all parasites."

Why not treat yourself to a new dinner, as a reward for a safe passage? That's my recommendation.

    Welcome back!
