Should I forget about my Vancouver business small order?

I placed a mail order with a Vancouver business for some body oil. I live on an island near by. It has been a month and no order has arrived. I found out the owner is falling behind b/c she is going thru chemo. Should I just forget about my order for $30.00 value or email and call her again to gently remind her I need my order?

A friendly reminder could help.  It might work to get your order, as well as possibly get her mind off work for a bit instead of worrying about her health.
