I have a grandson of Secretariat that is a wonderful loving horse. However with all the cruelty and murder done to our horses it this country I shiver at the though of this happening to one of my studs babies. His whole life I've been training and preparing him for the moment he would become a stallion and leave his make on the industry, and his record is pretty impressive. Even now we are preparing for his first breeding season to start next year, but after the research I've done on horses abused and eatin by foriegners I'm honestly having second thoughts. He is a wonderful stallion but I'm sure he would be a wonderful gelding then I could show and ride him for a life time.

  1. I don't think you should. If I were you I'd breed him, and when you sell the foal (If you want to sell) than make sure you trust the buyers and know that they will have a good home for the foal. But its your choise to make.
