Should I get 2010 Camero when I get my license?

I get my license in 2010 and that's when the car is released. I don't know much more about it except for its price/looks, but I'm sure as it gets closer to go on sale, more information will be known. I've been saving up for a while, and I think it would be an awesome car to own, but I don't want to look like a preppy, spoiled kid.

  1. You will look like a preppy spoiled kid.  Get an old used car with good fuel economy.  Invest the money you'll save into something that will grow over time (bank account, money market, etc), not lose 10-20% of its value in one year.  Take good care of your old heap, make it run and look like new.  Take pride in it.

The Camaro will cost you in many ways:

    -Ridiculous upfront cost

-Through the roof insurance on a 16 year old

    -Poor fuel mileage

    -Depreciation

On top of all that, cars tend to have more problems than usual during the first model year of production so usually try to avoid buying a new/redesigned model until at least the second or third year of production.

  2. Your FIRST car should be a rust bucket...

AFTER you can drive well, buy yourself the good car...

  3. dream on

  4. yes because its better than the retro mustang

  5. That would be the coolest car at your school I am sure and if you get it you will look spoiled but who cares you would have a bad a*s car.
