Mass Effect is one of the best PC games I've ever played. If you like RPGs with much character depth, an interesting storyline and the ability to customize your character and change story elements based on your decisions, then the game is perfect for you.

It's created by Bioware who also made Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic. Mass Effect is similar except that the combat system feels like a shooter.
