I'm going to get a 32" LCD TV. I'm leaning towards 720p. The difference in price is $699 compared to $999 for the 1080. I don't have a blu-ray player and will likely not get one right away, nor do I have a PS3. I will probably eventually get one when they are cheaper. The store people say the 1080 is the better deal and a better long-term investment given the higher resolution, but I don't think I'd even use the capabilities that much. Plus, with a 32" TV, I don't see how the higher resolution is even that big of a deal. It seems that's more of ain issue with TV's 40" and bigger. What do you think?
