Should I get a Macbook or stick with Micro...?

Question

I'm thinking of getting a Mac. But I'm still not too sure, I really don't want to get anything Vista.

So I'm asking anyone that knows their stuff to seriously convince me as if you were a Mac seller and I the customer, ha ha. List pros and cons. And where can I get for a low price?

And I also want to hear pros and cons about getting another laptop, say a Dell or whatever. Please list pros and cons about Vista if you know them.

Why would you ask US to convince you? Go to an Apple store and use OS X for a while. If it works for you, great! If not, skip it.

They're both equally capable operating systems, they just do things differently. Which way is "better" depends entirely on the user.

macs suck, vista is fantastic, if u have a 333year old computer, duh it wont work, u never upgrade an os, it just comes with computer, pros fantstic, beatutiful, cons, slow on old comps, expensive

You should stick with Microsoft. I have Vista and I love it. You just need to have a computer that can operate it efficiently.
